Chi University online classes, sessions, and modules are hosted through the online learning portal at https://learn.chiu.edu/. You will receive an email from messages@matrixlms.com containing your login credentials when you take your first Chi University online class. Once you log in, you are welcome to change your password if you’d like.
If you can’t remember your password, click “forgot password” on the login screen to reset it. If you are unable to successfully reset your password on your own, please email us at IT@chiu.edu to reset your password for you.
If you are being asked to create a new password every time you log in, then you may try clearing your cookies/cache, then restarting your computer. If this doesn’t work, please email us at IT@chiu.edu to reset your password for you.
